As your real estate advisor, I understand that buying and selling a home is complex and deeply personal.  Emotions can run high as a lot of moving parts are involved.  You have a lot at stake, both financially and personally.  This view on the process and the responsibility I have regarding my clients causes me to excel at being your real estate expert.  I have a deep grasp of the market, with hands-on experience buying and selling multiple property types. 

As a seller, you want to effectively market your home and then negotiate the highest price with the cleanest, most streamlined terms for the sale.  As a buyer, you want an assertive, patient partner to help you find the right home for you, at the best possible price.  In short, no matter what my role happens to be in your real estate transaction, I'm as your negotiator, your confidante, and your champion, helping make sure you don't leave money on the table.

My greatest strength is how I develop long lasting relationships and how I can nurture them with my charming personality and relaxed behavior.  I'm a Washington native and moved to Prosser with my husband five years ago after accompanying him here for a three month contracting job.  We fell in love with the beauty of the open sky,  the community, and the amazing potential for growth in this region.   Prior to joining the team at Windermere in Prosser, I owned and ran a successful agricultural labor services company providing high quality specialty labor service to farms in the Columbia valley.   My husband and I  have three children, ages 3-7 and our most frequent family activity is downhill skiing, during the winter you'll find us at White Pass every week.
